Production Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a production team of 10 to 20 people in a paint manufacturing environment
• Ensure strict compliance with QHSEE policies, safety standards, and quality procedures
• Monitor and guarantee the respect of production schedules and workshop indicators
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying deviations, promoting new ideas, and participating in improvement projects
• Manage team development through proximity leadership, skill building, and conducting individual performance reviews
• Act as a key internal interlocutor for various departments regarding production matters
• Facilitate team animations and analyses related to safety, quality, and deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational team management within an industrial environment
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to act as a role model for company values
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (2x7) or night shifts
• English proficiency is a plus
