Production Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the production team during night shifts, ensuring targets are met efficiently
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards and quality control measures
• Provide training and support to team members
• Work collaboratively with management to review production metrics and troubleshoot issues
• Encourage a positive working environment through communication and teamwork
• Actively engage in real-time problem-solving to overcome production challenges

Requirements

• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of production processes, safety regulations, and quality assurance
• Exceptional leadership and motivation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work night shifts (Sunday-Thursday 22.30-07.00)
