Production Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe work environment and enforce all safety procedures and PPE
• Develop schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel for efficient operation
• Maintain and update Tier 2 boards to support strategic decisions
• Analyze and resolve work problems through continuous improvement
• Manage employee timecards and time off requests
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure production machines are running properly
• Lead resolution of quality issues and manage the 5S program
• Ensure compliance with EHS, UL, and ISO standards
• Identify and report quality non-conformities in assembled products

• Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX
