About the role
Responsibilities
- Train others using the “tell, show, do, review” methodology
- Complete daily paperwork and post metrics on line-specific boards
- Present stand up meetings regarding metrics and goals
- Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
- Monitor and address quality related issues and conduct daily audits
- Work with maintenance to address equipment issues
- Foster a motivated and diverse team environment
Requirements
- Understanding of department operations and problem resolution
- Problem solving experience
- Basic computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of required PPE for production lines
- Satisfactory attendance record
