Production Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and work as part of a small team to bake products from scratch early each morning
• Follow carefully crafted recipes to ensure product quality
• Lead and work alongside the team to maintain bakery cleanliness
• Set and review production schedules to meet customer needs

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a bakery or food production environment
• Ability to forecast and adjust production levels based on business data
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work early morning shifts independently or in a team
• Physical ability to stand/walk continuously and lift up to 22 kg
