Production System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as a Lean and ZF Production System (ZF PS) expert to foster knowledge transfer and best practice sharing across all plant functions
• Support the ZF PS Lead in implementing production system strategies and driving transformation towards operational excellence
• Lead systematic observations and promote problem-solving methods to achieve plant targets
• Monitor Lean implementation progress and validate the effectiveness of required actions
• Conduct and guide plant teams through workshops, projects, and Lean evaluation processes
• Promote the development and sustainable rollout of ZF PS method standards and qualify cross-functional resources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing concepts and methods
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes
• Advanced skills in problem-solving, data analysis, project management, and team building
• Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong hands-on ability and experience collaborating in a matrix organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification
