About the role
Responsibilities
- Support IT solutions for various business lines globally including FX, Money Market, STIR and Options
- Offer technical expertise and support for the systems used
- Manage and resolve incidents and outages
- Manage requests for changes, system releases and capacity planning
- Disaster recovery, planning and execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related STEM subject
- GPA of 2.75 or higher
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial industry
- Previous experience in a front office trading IT environment
- Experience in Solaris Unix, Linux, or Windows environments
- Basic scripting and Sybase SQL skills
- Understanding of FX Spot, Forwards, NDFs, and FX options
- Right to work in Canada without visa sponsorship
