Production Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Deploy and ensure the application of specific animation modes within various production workshops
• Train internal users and support their skill development regarding specific animation methods
• Facilitate daily thematic sessions with field teams to ensure understanding of objectives and tools
• Contribute to the administration of the system and the resolution of technical incidents
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and proposing new actions

Requirements

• Technicien ES, Bachelor degree, or equivalent qualification
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in production
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and learn new processes quickly
