Production Support Technician NH90

Responsibilities

• Visualize 3D studies for cable routing
• Provide production support by addressing manufacturing and assembly non-conformities (QN) in the NH90 assembly line
• Perform corrective and curative analysis of non-conformities
• Collaborate in an international environment with daily exchange between Airbus Helicopters Germany and Spain

Requirements

• Completed technician training, ideally in the field of electronics
• Mandatory professional experience in electronics or avionics
• Knowledge of wire harness installation on machines and proficiency with 2D wire harness plans
• Practical experience with CATIA V4/V5, CADAM, VPM, or 3DVia
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
• Fluent in both German and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a production environment
• Knowledge of NCM (Non-Conformance Management)
