Production Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders by picking, assembling, packing, and shipping Point-of-Sale (POS) devices
• Inject and download software/data into POS devices
• Meet daily production and quality goals to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy
• Collaborate with the production team to uphold high quality and safety standards
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline production tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (military experience also accepted)
• 1-2 years of experience in a production environment
• 1-2 years of experience in team collaboration
• Proficiency in using computers, specifically email and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand and walk for 10-12 hours
• Ability to work overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced distribution or production environment
• Familiarity with POS electrical devices
• Experience using Oracle
