Production Support-Tech Center Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily work activities and production output for a team of up to 10 technicians
• Partner with Managers to maintain workflow by reallocating team members based on daily production needs
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and assigning daily work for team members
• Monitor, capture, and report workflow and production metrics
• Create, update, and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Train new hires and existing employees on processes, procedures, and workflow changes
• Coach and support team members on proper work methods, safety practices, and productivity expectations
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for the team, escalating issues as needed

Requirements

• 1 year of experience working with electronic devices in a production, manufacturing, refurbishment, or technical environment
• 1 year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive, hands-on tasks
• Availability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 6:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.)
• Comfort working with electronic devices in a fast-paced production setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with ISO 9001 quality processes
• 2+ years of electronics repair, refurbishment, or device processing experience
• Experience working with POS hardware or similar electronic equipment
• Familiarity with quality control, screening, or testing processes
