About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between field teams and product teams to identify and resolve issues
- Coordinate with Operations, Architecture, and Integration teams to resolve submitted issues
- Work with Site Reliability teams to understand and identify solutions for reported problems
- Act as the voice of the customer and dealer for product analysts, managers, and development teams
- Continuously identify process efficiencies to improve dealer service speed
- Stay updated on new features and releases to provide high-quality client support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in Automotive Customer Service and Dealerships
- Knowledge of dealer service operations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex engineering concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Technical background with ability to identify trends and opportunities
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
- Experience building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of Power Apps
