Production Support Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical SME for assigned platforms, owning daily checks, recoveries, and reliability activities
• Lead end-to-end technical investigations during major incidents using SQL, logs, and workflow traces
• Produce high-quality Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents to improve platform resilience
• Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and monitoring rules to standardize operational behavior
• Partner with Developers to drive automations and configuration improvements that reduce manual effort
• Mentor and coach Analysts to build their investigative capabilities and platform knowledge
• Participate in on-call activities and serve as a technical escalation point

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, or similar operational roles
• Strong SQL capability for analyzing complex datasets and workflow behavior
• Proficiency with monitoring and operational tools such as Splunk, ServiceNow, PagerDuty, or NewRelic
• Demonstrated experience in debugging using logs, patterns, and platform diagnostics
• Proven ability to lead investigations during major incidents
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, specifically RCA and Problem Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of financial platforms or investment workflows
• Familiarity with .NET, SQL Server internals, API integrations, or microservice behaviors
• Experience designing automations or proposing operational efficiency improvements
