About the role
Responsibilities
- Own regional Production Support delivery from the India Hub, ensuring service stability and resilience across multiple platforms.
- Implement and maintain ITIL-aligned approaches to incident, problem, and change management.
- Track and improve service performance through ownership of SLAs, KPIs, and operational health metrics.
- Lead and develop regional teams, fostering a high-performance culture and building a strong succession pipeline.
- Manage operational risk and drive continuous improvement through automation, tooling uplift, and enhanced SOPs.
- Act as the primary contact for regional stakeholders, providing updates on performance, risks, and governance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, or Platform Operations.
- Proven experience managing large teams of 20+ members in a production environment.
- Strong expertise in ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage regional stakeholders and align service expectations.
- Experience using data, metrics, and trends to drive decision-making and operational improvements.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills, especially when working under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting financial services or large-scale transactional platforms.
- Exposure to global operating models, including follow-the-sun or regional coverage.
- Proven track record in driving automation, tooling uplift, or operational transformation.
