Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and products, primarily with the rail team
• Perform general housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, recycling, waste disposal, and restocking consumables
• Support the logistics team by organizing inventory, staging materials, and maintaining order in the warehouse
• Assist production teams as needed to meet production goals
• Comply with all PPE requirements and safety protocols
• Read and interpret blueprints, bills of material, and work instructions
• Fabricate, assemble, prep and/or finish components as needed
• Provide training and assistance to other employees as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Commitment to following safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial setting
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain
