Production Support Engineer IT

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 on-site IT incident management for distribution operations
• Serve as an escalation point for the IT Service Desk and other support personnel
• Manage PC deployment, imaging, and mobile device management (MDM)
• Support enterprise technologies including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP applications
• Collaborate with vendors for network, telecommunications, and AV support
• Create knowledgebase articles and standard operating procedures
• Ensure timely ticket resolution by meeting or exceeding SLAs
• Participate in an on-call schedule to ensure continuous access to essential systems

Requirements

• 3-5 years of production support experience in manufacturing, distribution, or business-critical environments
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365
• Proficiency in Active Directory functions (account creation, group modifications, etc.)
• Experience troubleshooting Android and iOS mobile devices
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work on a manufacturing/distribution shop floor
• Willingness to work 2nd shift

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Certification
• Intermediate knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems
• Experience with industry-specific systems such as WMS, OEE, or SPC
• Knowledge of ITSM frameworks and processes
