About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 on-site IT incident management and support for Service Hub Operations.
- Serve as an escalation point for the IT Service Desk and other production support personnel.
- Manage PC deployment, imaging, and mobile device management (MDM) for distribution and manufacturing devices.
- Support enterprise technologies including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.
- Perform intermediate Active Directory functions such as account creation and group modifications.
- Collaborate with vendors for network, telecommunications, and AV support.
- Create knowledgebase articles for standard operating procedures and ensure timely ticket resolution according to SLAs.
- Participate in an on-call schedule to ensure continuous access to essential systems.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience providing production support in manufacturing, distribution, or other business-critical environments.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft application stack, including Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
- Experience troubleshooting Apple and Android mobile devices and handhelds in a production environment.
- Understanding of WMS, ERP, or similar industry-specific information systems.
- Ability to lift bulky equipment up to 50lbs and work on a manufacturing or distribution shop floor.
- Ability to work the 1st shift onsite (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM) in Greenwood, IN.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Certification.
- Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems.
- Experience with ITSM frameworks and processes.
