Production Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement stable production methods, equipment, and flows to optimize manufacturing processes and capacity
• Lead new product development activities and participate in defined projects as a key team member
• Plan machine RFQs, installation, and commissioning in collaboration with Engineering and Maintenance teams
• Design and develop jigs, fixtures, tools, and maintenance plans
• Review, modify, and evaluate existing process designs and perform process qualifications
• Implement corrective and preventive actions based on customer feedback and internal inputs
• Plan internal process audits and coordinate with external auditors to meet Quality Standards
• Monitor material consumption and plan capacity enhancement based on CapEx
• Prepare and maintain documentation including PPAP, PFMEA, and control plans as per ISO standards
• Ensure equipment complies with process specifications and focus on preventive maintenance/TPM

Requirements

• B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical, Process, or Industrial Engineering
• 5-6 years of experience in Process & Methods engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks
• Knowledge of Tool room, Forming, Sheet metal, Machining, or Assembly processes
• Understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and ISO documentation standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mistake-proofing and developing user-friendly manufacturing processes
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a cross-cultural team
