Production Support D

Responsibilities

• Order supplies, materials, and services by preparing requisitions, RFQs, and statements of work
• Monitor work order status and On-time Delivery (OTD) using Costpoint
• Manage production metrics including Master Schedule Attainment (MSA) and Work Order Attainment (WOA)
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine product specifications
• Review Bill of Materials (BOMs) and determine pricing
• Interface with vendors to support production needs and ensure material availability
• Document production data and report discrepancies to supervisors
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and meet production goals

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 8 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with 4 years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience using Costpoint or other ERP software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Knowledge of safety practices and procedures in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods
