Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support and enhancement to Equity Fund applications
- Face off to traders and external clients providing low latency support
- Increase systems performance and manage infrastructure systems deployment
- Analyze implementation and integration requirements for the global trading system
Requirements
- Experience as an Application Support Analyst
- Experience working in a global environment
- Proficiency in database manipulation using SQL
- Experience providing L1/L2 support
- Solid Unix/Linux skills with scripting capabilities in Bash, Shell, or Python
- Understanding of production/SRE environments across large scale distributed global systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial services experience
