Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for electronically traded products and associated infrastructure
- Face off to traders, risk managers, and external clients
- Increase system performance and drive automation
- Manage infrastructure systems deployment and extensions
- Analyze implementation and integration requirements for global trading systems
Requirements
- Experience in production support within large-scale distributed global systems
- Background in Investment Banking, Software House, Global Telco, FinTech, or Hedge Fund environments
- Proficiency with Unix/Linux environments
- Skills in SQL for database manipulation
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux scripting and Python scripting
- Experience with CI/CD and application monitoring
- Interest in DevOps and automation tools
