Responsibilities

• Assisting in the setup and operation of production machinery to maximize efficiency during your shift
• Supporting production teams in meeting set targets through various operational tasks
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure a safe working environment
• Conducting quality checks on products and promptly reporting any discrepancies to supervisors
• Engaging in training and skill development to improve your contributions to the team
• Collaborating effectively with team members to promote a positive workplace culture

Requirements

• No previous experience needed; manufacturing experience is a plus
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, night-time production environment
• Basic numeracy skills for quality control and reporting
• Proactive attitude towards learning
• Availability to work Nightshift from Sunday to Thursday
