Responsibilities

• Assisting with the setup and operation of production machinery to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Supporting the production team in achieving daily output targets through a variety of operational tasks
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas for a safe and efficient production environment
• Conducting regular quality checks on products and reporting any issues to supervisors
• Participating in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge within the production process
• Collaborating with colleagues to foster a positive, productive atmosphere on the production floor

Requirements

• No prior experience in production required
• Past experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is advantageous
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic numeracy skills for performing quality checks and reporting
• Proactive approach to learning and willingness to accept new challenges
• Availability to work Monday to Friday
