Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and operation of production machinery
• Support production teams in achieving output targets
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Conduct quality checks on products and communicate issues to supervisors
• Engage in training and skill development opportunities
• Work collaboratively with colleagues

Requirements

• No previous experience required (manufacturing experience beneficial)
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for quality checks and reporting
• Proactive attitude towards learning
• Ability to commit to a 4-day work week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
