Responsibilities

• Organize and plan team work to ensure high-quality service
• Supervise, support, and develop team members
• Ensure compliance with processes and client commitments
• Monitor indicators, analyze results, and share key points via reporting
• Participate in operational meetings with clients and other teams
• Promote knowledge sharing and propose necessary improvements

Requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in IT
• Experience in team coordination
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent service orientation and listening skills
• Ability to analyze situations and make decisions
• Proficiency in Excel
• Fluency in English (C1/C2 level)
