Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution and frontline people leadership within assigned manufacturing areas
• Translate production plans into clear daily direction and manage shift execution
• Provide hands-on support for training, onboarding, and complex build steps as needed
• Manage floor team members, including attendance, performance, and conduct
• Enforce compliance with AS9100, ITAR, and internal safety/quality procedures
• Coordinate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to resolve technical issues
• Drive continuous improvement through 5S, Kaizen, and process discipline
• (For Level II) Serve as technical subject matter expert for specialized domains like Avionics, Machining, or Composites

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing (6+ years for Level II)
• Prior experience as a team lead, lead technician, or formal supervisor
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP or production tracking systems
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with end-item UAV assembly or complex electromechanical builds
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing and structured problem-solving
• Expertise in Avionics integration, CNC machining, or advanced composites
• Experience with MRB processes and First Article Inspections
