Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned team leaders and employees on the 2nd shift
• Create a positive, results-oriented work environment through coaching and mentoring
• Serve as a key liaison between employees and the company
• Ensure a safe and issue-free work environment
• Maintain and improve production performance through waste reduction, problem-solving, and continuous improvement activities

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED (Associate Degree strongly preferred)
• 2+ years of related experience
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient computer skills, including strong MS Office (Excel) knowledge
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills (CNC Programming, troubleshooting, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in lean manufacturing (ZFPS, TPS, 5S, Continuous improvement)
• Experience with SAP or MS Project
• Spanish language proficiency
