Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate operational personnel to achieve KPIs in Safety, Quality, OEE, and Scrap
• Lead and encourage participation from all departments in OEE and Scrap meetings
• Ensure compliance with production plans and actively participate in preventing line stoppages
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives within production processes
• Manage corrective actions in collaboration with all relevant departments
• Constantly monitor production lines and provide support to production leaders

Requirements

• Engineering degree
• Experience in the automotive electronics industry
• Experience with SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies
• Fluency in English
