Production Supervisor WH & Preweigh

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel, materials, and equipment within the Production Warehouse, Pre-Weigh operations, and Sample Lab.
• Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing compliance with EHS policies, PPE requirements, and reporting hazards.
• Ensure adherence to GMPs, Food Safety standards, and Quality policies to meet Right First Time (RFT) targets.
• Oversee daily operations to align with the facility production schedule and ensure timely raw material transfers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including audits, Gemba walks, and CAPA implementation.
• Supervise and support employees, ensuring team members are cross-trained and performance targets are met.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure operational readiness.

Requirements

• Experience working effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without difficulty.
• Ability to wear a full-face respirator when required for handling specific materials.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed to support customer demand.
• Ability to weigh ingredients accurately using equipment such as floor scales and flow meters.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with SAP.
• Forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience.
