Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, support, and resources to production teams and individuals
• Communicate company policies and objectives while fostering two-way communication
• Ensure teams meet customer requirements, expectations, and operational objectives
• Schedule priorities for shop floor associates and follow up through completion
• Communicate changes in planning or commitments regarding open orders to customers
• Support company policies and promote a productive, professional work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience as a supervisor in a relevant line of work
• 3-5 years of previous experience in a leadership role
