Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise approximately 12-15 Production Associates and hourly personnel during the 2nd shift
• Oversee daily production goals to ensure all performance standards and targets are met
• Manage employee absenteeism and enforce all safety rules and environmental risk analysis protocols
• Monitor and drive the performance of associates to maintain high-quality production standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in production or maintenance supervision
• Proven experience working within a high-speed manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Google or Microsoft administrative applications
