Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise autonomous production teams to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
• Ensure employee safety by identifying and addressing any safety gaps or deviations
• Optimize the use of technical and human resources within the production lines
• Coordinate production needs with support services such as maintenance, logistics, and industrialization
• Improve performance metrics related to Quality, Cost, Delivery, Involvement, and Safety (QCDIS)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop team skill levels

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in production management, ideally in the automotive or high-volume technology industry
• Engineering degree or a Master's degree in Industrial Management, Production Management, or a related field
• Fluent English skills for working in an international environment
• Strong leadership, managerial, and interpersonal skills to unite and motivate teams
• Ability to be autonomous, rigorous, and reactive in a fast-paced setting
