Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate teammates during the second shift to ensure manufacturing activities meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals
• Manage production productivity by resolving issues, managing material shortages, and coordinating with Facilities, Quality, and Warehouse departments
• Enforce Unilever's safety and quality policies, including GMP, Hygiene, and 5S initiatives
• Monitor teammate performance and manage staffing, including utilizing Kronos for accurate timekeeping and documentation
• Drive continuous improvement (UMS) and operational excellence within the department

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain with at least 2 years of manufacturing leadership experience, OR
• High School Diploma with at least 6 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role
• Proven experience in establishing and maintaining a culture of safety and quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Food Manufacturing, batching operations, or Recipe Management Systems
• Proficiency with SAP and inventory management systems
• Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies such as WCM, TPM, or LEAN
