Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the operations and production teams to support planning and scheduling
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous performance improvements
• Ensure full compliance with HSE, food safety, and quality standards
• Coach, develop, and motivate operations team members to build capability and engagement
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance and operations
• Develop and deliver technical skills training for new and existing team members
• Supervise and actively support daily production activities on the floor

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong hands-on approach with the ability to work alongside the team
• Knowledge of production systems, tools, and 5S methodology
• Understanding of HSE and food safety regulations
• Computer literacy
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the feed industry
