Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Strengthen client relationships and address their needs
• Plan, organize, and supervise production while respecting quality, cost, deadline, and safety objectives
• Manage and lead production teams including team leaders and operators
• Optimize industrial processes and improve productivity
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions
• Participate in continuous improvement and industrial investment projects

Requirements

• Higher education in industrial production, industrial engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of confirmed experience in a similar role
• Strong team management skills
• Proficiency in production management tools and continuous improvement methods (Lean, 5S, Kaizen)
• Leadership, organizational skills, and decision-making ability
• Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical mindset
• Technical English proficiency
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
