Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all manufacturing-related activities, including EHS, quality systems, and daily operations
• Execute production schedules to meet customer demand regarding safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Monitor downtime, scrap, efficiency, and productivity metrics to drive continuous improvement actions
• Support preventive and daily maintenance activities in coordination with the maintenance department
• Coach, develop, and motivate employees through regular feedback and performance discussions
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and employee engagement through cross-training and succession planning
• Partner with HR, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to support overall operational goals

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of manufacturing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality systems, TPM, and Lean principles
• Experience with ERP systems, with SAP familiarity preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
• Strong background in automotive manufacturing environments
