Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site production management to continuously improve 8S standards, quality, and productivity
• Analyze and troubleshoot simple equipment and facility malfunctions, adjusting parameters to achieve optimal production results
• Execute daily production operations in strict accordance with SOP, GMP, and EHS requirements to meet output and quality targets
• Manage staff training, skill development, and performance evaluations, including the management of employees on probation
• Set employee goals, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate regular feedback meetings
• Coordinate personnel scheduling and resource allocation based on production plans to complete line tasks
• Track and implement continuous improvement activities within the formulation area
• Investigate on-site abnormalities, identify root causes, and manage the implementation of CAPA
• Update formulation SOPs and forms, draft change controls and deviations, and audit batch records and other documentation

Requirements

• Proven expertise in on-site production management
• Strong equipment troubleshooting and technical adjustment skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of SOP, GMP, and EHS regulations
• Experience in staff training, performance evaluation, and team leadership
• Proficiency in production planning and resource allocation
• Experience with CAPA implementation and deviation management
