Production Supervisor T & C

Responsibilities

• Establish and ensure adherence to production standards, monitoring production volume, quality, and timing.
• Guarantee safe working conditions to prevent accidents and promote a zero-accident environment.
• Promote a Kaizen culture to drive continuous process improvement.
• Perform benchmarking activities between production lines.
• Manage and guarantee job rotation for all assigned personnel.
• Apply Supervisor Skill Development (SSD) in daily operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 6 months of internal experience in a similar role or 1 year of external experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong soft skills, including emotional intelligence.
