Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production team members during shift operations
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and productivity to optimize efficiency
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe work environment
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance
• Address employee concerns and provide leadership support on the floor
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Track and report production metrics and performance

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher
