Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and employee performance
• Ensure production schedules and customer deadlines are met
• Monitor quality standards and address production issues
• Lead and train sewing, cutting, finishing, and assembly teams
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies
• Track productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction efforts
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Shipping departments

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or textile production environment
• Experience leading teams in sewing, cutting, finishing, printing, or embroidery
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems
• Ability to work on the production floor and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement initiatives
