Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of approximately 30–40 production employees during 12-hour night shifts
• Ensure production schedules and output targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards
• Monitor daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to address productivity issues
• Communicate expectations, performance feedback, and operational updates to team members and management
• Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, and task assignments to optimize efficiency
• Track and report production metrics using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and management teams to resolve production issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department

Requirements

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team in a high-volume setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work a 12-hour night shift on a 3/4 day weekly schedule
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Textile or weaving experience
