Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage production line personnel to ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and secure production environments
• Guide production staff in following standard operating procedures to maintain high product quality
• Motivate and lead team members to improve overall work efficiency and productivity
• Evaluate employee performance and optimize equipment and manpower allocation based on business needs
• Utilize Lean manufacturing tools to drive continuous improvement in production efficiency
• Organize internal training sessions and develop growth plans for team members based on skill requirements
• Implement, maintain, and oversee the ISO9000 quality management system within the department

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related field)
• At least 3 years of manufacturing management experience, preferably in the assembly industry
• Proven expertise and practical experience in Lean management
• Strong self-motivation, result-oriented mindset, and ability to influence others
• Proficiency in Windows and MS Office
• Good English communication skills
