Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent presence on the shop floor to support technicians and ensure production is tracking to plan
• Lead daily shift standups and communicate production goals
• Drive production flow, balancing throughput, quality, and efficiency
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians with clear performance expectations
• Enforce safe work practices and ensure compliance with all safety policies
• Partner with Quality and Engineering to resolve nonconformances and drive root cause analysis
• Champion 5S and lean manufacturing principles
• Monitor labor utilization, overtime, and productivity metrics

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience
• Experience in fast-paced, high-mix, high-volume production settings
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and metric tracking
• Ability to interpret production metrics and translate them into actionable improvements
