Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead, and supervise a production team to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives
• Act as area owner accountable for performance metrics including ROCK (Remove, Organize, Clean, Keep)
• Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) and quality regulatory requirements
• Provide training to associates and ensure certification according to SOP and Work Instructions
• Conduct regular 1:1 and weekly communication meetings with associates
• Enforce PPE compliance and LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) application
• Manage machine and people capacity, including work schedules, overtime, and vacations
• Drive continuous improvement and investigate quality issues to minimize cost impact
• Monitor production processes to identify and address bottlenecks or non-conforming products

Requirements

• Strong data analysis and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience with manufacturing process knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving and investigation skills
• Proven people management and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
• Ability to work as a team player with various groups including engineers and floor managers
• Physical ability to sit/stand for 90 consecutive minutes and lift up to 50 pounds
• High School diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering
• Experience in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
