Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily assembly and testing activities to ensure smooth production flow
• Lead and develop production operators on the shopfloor to foster a high-performance environment
• Assign tasks and manage workforce deployment based on production priorities and capacity
• Monitor and analyze key production measurements including efficiency, productivity, and output
• Build daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Support continuous improvement programs such as Lean, 5S, and Kaizen
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain departments

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proven experience in assembly or production line operations
• Experience in people management, including leading, motivating, and developing shopfloor teams
• Basic knowledge of production measurements such as efficiency and productivity
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems and tools, specifically SAP and Excel
• Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, A3, and root cause analysis)
• Knowledge of line balancing and production flow optimization
• Experience with measurement dashboards and data analysis tools like Power BI
• Experience in continuous improvement projects or team coaching
