Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to team members to cultivate a motivated environment of trust and accountability.
• Plan, organize, and direct daily activities to meet or exceed production goals in a cost-effective manner.
• Drive operational execution with a focus on safety, quality, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct team meetings to communicate plant performance against KPIs.
• Manage personnel activities including hiring, training, performance management, scheduling, and disciplinary processes.
• Monitor quality standards, inventory management, and scrap levels to minimize waste.
• Identify root causes of production gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Support 5S initiatives and maintain a clean, safe plant environment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, materials, and sales to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of manufacturing experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proven experience in personnel management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a changing environment.
• Clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a vehicle assembly line leadership role.
• Possession of a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
