Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to team members to cultivate a motivated environment of accountability and teamwork.
• Plan, organize, and direct daily activities to meet or exceed production goals, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage personnel activities including hiring, training, performance management, scheduling, and disciplinary processes.
• Monitor KPIs, identify root causes for production gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, materials, and sales to resolve operational issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and process enhancements.
• Maintain high visibility on the shop floor to ensure efficient material location and minimize waste.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proven experience in personnel management.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a leadership role within a vehicle assembly line environment.
• Possession of a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a clean driving record.
