Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities for assigned areas, managing Direct Operators and Group Leaders to meet volume, quality, cost, and safety objectives.
• Execute manufacturing programs based on production plans, rework requirements, and approved contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with production methods, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety programs.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage material usage and inventory accuracy, including raw material control and weekly cycle count reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and leading successful project implementations.
• Promote 5S/5S+1 methodologies to ensure workspace organization and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain daily production reports using Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience coordinating Direct Operators and Group Leaders.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and 5S.
• Ability to work the third shift.
