Production Supervisor, Refurbishment

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day refurb team to achieve safety, productivity, efficiency, quality, and inventory targets
• Coordinate with planning and operational teams to align refurb plans with staffing, parts, and capacity
• Prepare and present performance metrics including staffing levels, operational costs, and inventory accuracy
• Oversee material management and inventory control across warehousing, receiving, and delivery
• Implement process improvements and ensure commonality across the network
• Manage 5S disciplines and ensure a safe, organized working environment
• Manage recruiting, hiring, training, and development of technicians and assembly associates
• Provide coaching and feedback to the team regarding service repairs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production management or assembly environments
• Experience leading and developing teams of 30+ people
• Practical experience using ERP and WMS systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced production environments
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift items weighing 30 lbs or more
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
