Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production activities across assigned areas such as framing, panel assembly, and finishes
• Execute the daily schedule, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are hit
• Provide hands-on leadership and step in to work alongside the crew when needed
• Coach and develop builders, providing feedback and driving accountability for quality and productivity
• Enforce strict safety and quality standards through daily safety checks and inspections
• Collaborate with the Director of Factory Operations on labor planning and workflow adjustments
• Identify floor issues and partner with engineering and process teams to drive improvements
• Track and report key floor metrics including attendance, productivity, rework, and scrap
• Support onboarding and training of new builders
• Ensure the factory is organized, stocked, and ready for efficient production

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of construction or manufacturing experience, ideally in residential, modular, or panelized building
• 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory role managing crews
• Strong knowledge of carpentry and general construction methods
• Ability to lead hands-on and jump in to assist the crew as needed
• Excellent communication skills and ability to set clear expectations
• Comfortable using tablets and production applications
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
